How we choose topics

We cover rota decisions, labour, service, people and hospitality changes that can alter what an operator needs to do. Need to Know briefings focus on a clear change or deadline. Longer articles explore the judgement behind the numbers.

How we use sources

For laws, rates, government programmes and regulatory guidance, we prioritise the relevant official source and link it beside the claim. Industry research is named and linked. Examples from hospitality operations are identified as examples rather than presented as universal evidence.

Dates and updates

Every piece shows its original publication date. When we materially revise or recheck a page, we show an updated date. Time-limited briefings carry an archive note when the event has passed.

What our writing is, and is not

GlassRota Insights provides practical operational information, not legal, payroll or financial advice. Rules and individual circumstances can change, so readers should check current official guidance or take professional advice before relying on a legal position.

Corrections

If a factual claim needs correcting, we update it promptly and change the updated date. Questions or corrections can be sent to hello@glassrota.com.
